You will be responsible for administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.
You must have extensive Quickbooks experience and have substantial accounting experience as you will have multiple bank accounts to manage.
Some construction knowledge will be very helpful.
You will also help answer the phones.
Must have extensive experience in Excel, in particular spreadsheets and assist property management companies.
Must be a self starter, be able to work with little supervision, be familiar with bank reconciliations, have organizational skills and be able to adapt to changing priorities.
High School diploma required.
