Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, transcribing, and photocopying - Manage office tasks and provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations - Greet and assist visitors at the front desk - Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars using Outlook or other scheduling software - Assist with customer service inquiries and provide information or direct to the appropriate department - Utilize Google Suite or similar software to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations - Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness Requirements:
- Proven experience as a secretarial assistant or in a similar role - Proficient in using office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook Calendar - Familiarity with Google Suite or similar software for document creation and collaboration - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Note:
