Ensure newly hired operators are progressing through training schedule with efficiency and accuracy.
Represent as plant subject matter expert on all areas of the manufacturing lines.
Track progress of process operators through Excel sheets Manage recertification programs to ensure the plan operators are re-certified on time.
Maintain training materials and programs used to deliver training to operations.
Anticipate needs of those receiving training to ensure operators are properly gaining knowledge required.
Review progress with Operations and Maintenance Management teams Always present a professional image to clients and vendors and maintain a positive reputation of the company.
Follow all relevant company policies and procedures.
Assists other Departments as necessary.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS Education, Experience, and/or Training High school diploma or equivalent required.
Degree in Engineering or related Process Operations program or related field required, or 10
years or more of related experience and/or training can be substituted.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in training Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of OSHA Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, CMMS, MESH Systems and SAP Eligibility REQUIREMENTS Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, pre-employment physical and drug screen.
In addition to the following:
Security Clearance Requirements Transportation Workers Identification Credential (TWIC) Software Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel required.
Experience with SAP required.
Physical The employee must be able to lift and/or move more than 20 pounds.
Requires sitting, standing, and walking for extensive periods of time.
Requires working under stressful conditions or working irregular hours.
The ability to work at a moderate noise level in the work environment is required.
Work Schedule Monday - Friday between 8:
00am - 5:
00pm, working the 9/80 schedule.
May work additional hours and days, including weekends and holidays as required.
Travel Travel is not anticipated in this role.
