Description & Desired Attributes :
Our clean, competent, and caring Multi-Skilled Craftsmen make service calls and work independently therefore, they must be a quick thinker and have confidence in their ability to examine a problem situation and come up with a resolution in a prompt and professional manner.
They must be able to estimate project times and material costs accurately.
They must have have exceptional communication skills and be able to communicate with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers and Commercial Customers.
Our Craftsmen must be able to invoice correctly and collect payment upon project completion.
Our Craftsmen are motivated to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals as well as exceeding customer expectations.
