Summary of Responsibilities Dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
Vacuuming and sweeping floors, carpets, and rugs.
Mopping and steam cleaning hard floors.
Washing and sanitizing bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and bathtubs.
Cleaning kitchens, including countertops, sinks, appliances, and cabinets.
Emptying and disposing of trash and recycling in all rooms.
Washing windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
Maintaining and properly operating cleaning equipment.
Reporting any damages, breakages, or maintenance issues to the supervisor or homeowner.
Providing exceptional customer service and addressing client concerns or requests.
Demonstrating professionalism, punctuality, and reliability in all work assignments.
Expectations/Requirements Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
Proven experience in the cleaning industry Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A desire to grow and develop within the company We're Proud to Offer:
