GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Production Manager is responsible for the management of all aspects of production operations. The Production Manager provides oversight to ensure processes and staff are operating efficiently and safely. The Production Manager supports DBS implementation through Standard Work, the Problem Solving Process & Kaizen event suggestions and participation .
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Management of Production Operations.
Thorough recordkeeping.
Follow appropriate EHS procedures and policy which may include the identification and proper handling of hazardous waste.
Maintain communication with internal departments and plant supervision to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Understand and execute policies and procedures that emphasize product quality.
Possess a thorough knowledge of plant operations and procedures.
SUPPLEMENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain general housekeeping duties that provide for a neat, safe, and clean work area.
Conduct training as specified under ChemTreat?s ISO-9000 program.
Participate in corrective and preventative action practices as it relates to product quality, plant safety, and environmental compliance.
Awareness of ChemTreat's EMS policy and procedures.
Other duties as assigned, overtime as required.

Qualification
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or GED required.
Previous forklift experience required.
CDL is preferred.
Previous management/supervisory experience with effective communication and exceptional interpersonal skills.
Working knowledge of DOT rules and regulations
Experience in inventory management.
Experience with hazardous materials helpful.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
Experience with CRT/Data entry
Basic math skills required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Constantly required to sit and occasionally required to walk, stand, climb (includes stairs), balance, stoop, bend, kneel, crouch or crawl, and talk, hear, and smell
Constantly using hands and fingers to handle, feel or operate objects, and computer keyboards, feel or operate objects, tools or controls, and operate forklift.
Routinely required to reach with hands and arms, squat, turn/twist, or reach, lift, carry, push, or pull up to 75 pounds and sometimes required to maneuver drums weighing 250-800 pounds
Required to be medically cleared to wear a respirator.
Required to able to physically access each of the manufacturing operation?s areas to perform the essential job functions.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus

WORKING CONDITIONS & ENVIRONMENT
This is a specialty chemical blending and packaging facility where hazardous materials are present.
Will be subjected to moving mechanical parts, electrical currents, vibrations, fumes, odors, dusts, gases, chemicals, oils, extreme temperatures and work space restrictions.
Required to wear the proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) which may include: eye, hearing and respiratory protection, protective apron, steel toe shoes, gloves, hard hats, or face shields.
The noise level in the work environment is occasionally loud.
Contact lenses may not be allowed in some areas.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
